AMSTS NCAA College Basketball Week 17 Rankings Are Out!

Not much shifting at the top end, but Louisville and Duke dropped after losses this week. On the bottom end, a shuffling puts NC A&T at the very bottom, dethroning Alabama A&M who had owned the bottom spot for a while.
